New Image Beauty Spa & Health Center is committed to hygiene and quality. We therefore have a number of house rules in order to offer maximum service to our guests. Please read it carefully.

Showering is mandatory before using the facilities.

For your safety, wearing bath slippers is mandatory throughout the complex, except in the sauna.

Swimwear is compulsory.

The use of a towel is mandatory in the sauna

All drugs, narcotics and intoxicants are prohibited within our relax centers. Upon discovery you will be refused entry and / or requested to leave the property.

All forms of smoking, tobacco and shisha are not allowed

Lunch and dinner are served in the lounge area. This must be indicated in advance. It is not allowed to bring your own food or drink. An exception to this is a transparent 0.5 liter bottle of water, which is allowed

Personal care such as brushing teeth, exfoliating and shaving are not allowed

Erotic acts are not allowed

Guests are not allowed to apply scented oil and / or water to sauna heaters or the Jacuzzi

You must respect the reserved time and leave the complex in time, if you arrive late, this will be deducted from your time

It is forbidden to make film and / or photo recordings except for private purposes

It is not allowed to bring glassware and / or porcelain to the sauna area and the baths

In case of damage caused to our complex, compensation can be charged

We reserve the right at all times, without giving any reason, to refuse or expel people from the complex

New Image Beauty Spa & Health Center is not liable for any loss or theft of personal belongings

New Image Beauty Spa & Health Center accepts no liability with regard to injury to persons and / or damage to goods

Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of the booking, if canceled, the amount paid will be converted into a voucher, Reservations placed within 48 hours before the start cannot be canceled or moved.

The voucher is only valid at the location where the reservation was canceled.

Discounted reservations (promotions) can be moved, so the discount will expire and a voucher will be issued equal to the amount spent

Discount promotions do not apply to gift cards

Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase

It is not possible to move a reservation to another location

If fewer people are present than reserved for, the value is converted into a credit for a subsequent reservation, the credit expires after one year from the date of issue.

If something is not right, notify a Relax Center employee. In this way we are given the opportunity to solve it. You can of course also contact our employees for all your questions regarding sauna visits.

The house rules must be observed by everyone and instructions from employees must be followed. Guests who do not respect and follow the house rules are requested to leave the Relax Center immediately after paying the bill.

New Image Beauty Spa & health Center reserves the right to cancel or move reservations at any time. No rights can be derived from consequences arising from malfunctions or system errors on this website.
